Every extra guest more than 2 is EUR 11 per night, including 10% tax.
Excluding EUR 150,00 deposit which is to be paid upfront at the helpdesk in the villa.
The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, minus any possible damages to the villa property.
The rates are including welcome drink / simple dinner and breakfast on the next day.

First Payment.
Within fourteen days after booking a first payment of 30% is due. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Final Payment
The remaining 70% of the booking fee is to be paid one month before arrival date.
